Qualifications

4+ years of project management experience leading Commercial Treasury Management implementations.
4+ years direct responsibility for managing complex Commercial Banking clients with high-touch onboarding.
4+ years building and maintaining project dashboards and implementation milestones.
4+ years coordinating multiple concurrent client implementations with timelines and deliverables.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end onboarding for treasury management clients and manage all phases from initiation to go-live.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across Sales, Product, Service, Operations, and Risk.
Define responsibilities, set expectations, and track milestones to ensure timely delivery.
Manage multiple client implementations concurrently with strong communication and documentation.
