Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Plano, TX is seeking a Treasury Management Officer in Commercial Banking to generate new treasury management business and maintain client relationships. You will leverage deep treasury product knowledge to develop a localized market strategy and collaborate with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership, and Implementation teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process, overdraft management discipline, and pricing philosophy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, external COI, and external consulting organization.
• Strong time management, organizational and planning skills.
• Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues, benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions in a consultative framework.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities and engage industry solutions specialists for complex reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas while partnering with internal product stakeholders to represent client perspectives.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions at client roundtables, conferences, webinars, and media platforms.
• Manage non-credit risk for the customer portfolio and monitor profitability of all relationships.
