Job summary

Community First Credit Union in Wisconsin seeks a Treasury Management Implementation Specialist to guide onboarding, configuration, testing, and deployment of treasury management solutions for business members.

You will train staff and members, troubleshoot issues with internal teams and partners, and monitor metrics to drive adoption and continuous improvement across services such as Positive Pay, ACH Origination, RDC, and related offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial services or banking.
• Experience implementing treasury management solutions (ACH Origination, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Wires, Lockbox, online banking).
• Strong understanding of treasury management products, services, and processes.
• Knowledge of NACHA rules, file transmission methods, and business banking workflows.
• Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and treasury technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end onboarding experience for business members in treasury management programs.
• Implement treasury management services such as Positive Pay, ACH Origination, RDC, business accounts and cards.
• Configure data elements, reports, dashboards, user access, and transaction mappings; communicate release updates.
• Train members and employees on treasury management products and systems.
• Resolve escalated treasury management system issues with Systems, developers, or vendors.
• Participate in system testing, implementation, and maintenance of new features.
• Monitor outcomes and member satisfaction; produce metrics and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to enhance treasury capabilities and efficiencies.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of treasury platforms and key integrations.
• Document and update treasury management processes.
