Job summary

Capital Credit Union in Green Bay, WI seeks a senior-level treasury management resource to support, implement, and optimize treasury management products and services for business members. Reporting to the Vice President of Treasury Management, you will guide complex implementations, onboarding, and servicing while serving as a subject matter expert on treasury products and procedures.

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
Minimum of five years of experience in a financial institution.
Minimum of three years of treasury management, cash management, business services, or related operational experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Open new depository accounts as directed by Treasury Management or Commercial Lenders.
Lead complex treasury management implementations and product setups for business members.
Serve as the primary point of contact for advanced treasury management service issues, escalations, and troubleshooting.
Research, analyze, and resolve complex treasury management operational and servicing issues.
Coordinate communication for members and prospects, ensuring a seamless and timely service delivery process.
Assist in drafting proposals and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
