Job summary

Community First Credit Union seeks a Treasury Management Implementation Specialist to guide onboarding, configuration, testing, and deployment of treasury solutions for business members. You will train staff and members, troubleshoot issues, and monitor outcomes to improve adoption and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include implementing Positive Pay, ACH Origination, RDC, and other services, configuring systems, and ensuring compliance with NACHA and banking regulations while collaborating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; combination of education and experience considered.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial services or banking.
• Experience implementing treasury management solutions (ACH Origination, Positive Pay, RDC, Wires, Lockbox, online banking).
• Strong understanding of treasury management products, services, and regulatory processes.
• Knowledge of NACHA rules and banking compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Guide onboarding, implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment of treasury management solutions.
• Train employees and members; develop training and communication programs.
• Troubleshoot escalated treasury management system issues with internal teams and vendors.
• Test new features and enhancements; participate in system testing and deployment.
• Monitor outcomes and member satisfaction; generate metrics for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal departments to enhance treasury capabilities and efficiency.
• Maintain comprehensive platform knowledge and document processes.
