Descripción del empleo

As the Treasury Management Implementation Specialist, you will guide business members through the onboarding, implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment of treasury management solutions — including Positive Pay, ACH Origination, Remote Deposit Capture, business accounts, and business credit cards. You'll work closely with business members, Commercial Lending, Operations, Systems, and third-party vendors to deliver solutions that meet member needs and support the credit union's strategic objectives.

Drawing on your treasury management expertise and strong project management skills, you'll also train employees and members, troubleshoot escalated system issues, and monitor implementation outcomes and member satisfaction to support continuous improvement, all while optimizing product adoption and creating a seamless implementation experience.

As the Treasury Management Implementation Specialist with CFCU, you will:
  • Deliver a seamless onboarding experience. Onboard new business members to our treasury management program, creating a frictionless, member-centered experience while delivering exceptional service to employees, members, and third-party providers.
  • Implement treasury management solutions. Implement services such as Positive Pay, ACH Origination, Remote Deposit Capture, Business Accounts, Business Credit Cards, and other Business Services.
  • Configure and maintain systems. Configure data elements, report scheduling, dashboards, user access, workflow authorization, and the mapping of accounting transactions to money movement transactions. Implement approved configuration and user access changes, and compile and communicate release updates.
  • Train and educate members and employees. Provide training on treasury management products, services, and systems, and develop internal and external training and communication programs that help members learn and use new payment options.
  • Resolve escalated issues. Manage and troubleshoot escalated treasury management system issues, partnering with Systems, developers, or vendors when needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Test new features and enhancements. Participate in system testing, including the testing, implementation, and maintenance of new features and enhancements.
  • Measure results and drive improvement. Monitor implementation outcomes and member satisfaction, and produce treasury management metrics that track performance, analyze trends, and support recommendations for improvement.
  • Partner across the credit union. Work with internal departments to enhance treasury management capabilities and operational efficiencies, and identify, propose, and implement technology solutions that strengthen Treasury service operations.
  • Maintain platform expertise. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of treasury management platforms and key integrations.
  • Document our processes. Write, update, and maintain departmental procedures related to treasury management.
We are looking for a combination of:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field preferred. A combination of education and experience will always be considered.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a financial services or banking environment preferred.
  • Experience implementing treasury management solutions such as ACH Origination, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Wires, Lockbox Services, and online banking platforms preferred.
  • Strong understanding of treasury management products, services, and operational processes.
  • Knowledge of ACH processing, NACHA rules, file transmission methods, and business banking workflows.
  • Knowledge of banking laws and regulations, including a strong understanding of compliance, security, and BSA regulations as they relate to electronic banking.
  • Exceptional project management, organization, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent presentation, training, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and financial services technology platforms.
  • Strong commitment to member service and relationship management.
