Job summary

Simmons Bank in Little Rock, AR seeks a Treasury Management Officer to drive revenue growth by acquiring new commercial relationships and expanding treasury services within existing client portfolios. Qualifications

BS/BA degree in Business or Finance preferred.
Minimum of 3-7 years of applicable experience.
CTP or other industry designation is preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

Solicit, establish, and maintain commercial treasury management banking relationships for the bank with a focus on treasury management products and core deposit growth.
Develop and execute a strategic calling plan to generate new treasury management revenue opportunities within existing and prospective commercial relationships.
Collaborate closely with Commercial Banking relationship managers on joint sales calls and business development activities.
Provide training and continuing education to banking partners as needed.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of treasury management opportunities to achieve annual sales and revenue goals.
Conduct client needs assessments to identify cash management, payments, receivables, liquidity, and fraud prevention opportunities.
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and treasury solution recommendations.
