Job summary

Simmons First National Corporation is seeking a Treasury Management Sales Officer to drive revenue growth by acquiring new commercial relationships and expanding treasury services.

You will partner with Commercial Banking teams to deliver treasury solutions that improve cash flow, payments, and fraud mitigation, from discovery through implementation, and manage the full sales process.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of consultative sales or business development.
• Proven success in acquiring and expanding commercial relationships.
• Ability to design customized treasury solutions.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and maintain commercial treasury management relationships.
• Develop strategic calling plan for revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with relationship managers on joint calls.
• Provide training to banking partners.
• Maintain pipeline to meet annual goals.
• Assess client needs in cash management and payments.
• Prepare and present treasury solutions.
• Negotiate pricing and service agreements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and practices.
• Conduct account reviews and treasury strategy discussions.
• Transition from sales to implementation.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records.
