Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a VP of Treasury Management in Missouri to lead new business development and client advisory services. You will collaborate with Relationship Managers to identify client needs, present treasury solutions, and cross-sell a range of Enterprise products to diversified commercial clients.

The role requires managing a portfolio, training clients, and participating in regional events to grow the bank's treasury business.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.
• Proven ability to build relationships with prospects, clients and internal teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Capacity to multitask and manage the full sales cycle from proposal to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and drive treasury fee income through networking.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to secure new business and present proposals.
• Identify products and present solutions; cross-sell to clients.
• Conduct periodic reviews with top treasury clients.
• Provide training for new and existing customers.
• Manage and service a portfolio of commercial clients.
• Attend networking events and regional/board meetings as needed.
