The Treasury Management Analyst at Old National Bank plays a key role in growing the Treasury Management business. Working with the Treasury Management Consultant, you’ll drive revenue growth, strengthen client retention, and deliver a best‑in‑class experience across the sales lifecycle.

You’ll build and nurture internal and external relationships to win new business and expand existing client relationships, ensuring clients understand ONB's TM products and how they help achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in treasury management or banking is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Treasury Management Consultant(s) to drive revenue growth and deepen client relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and support cross-sell across TM products.
• Analyze profitability and pricing opportunities to support portfolio growth.
• Prepare client-facing materials and proposals for TM opportunities.
• Participate in client meetings and events to build pipeline and strengthen engagement.
