Qualifications

• Commercial Banking experience with business client exposure.
• Experience servicing commercial or business clients.
• Familiarity with Treasury Management products and services.
• Strong client-service mindset and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support business and commercial clients with complex servicing requests and account needs.
• Assist clients with Treasury Management products and services, including ACH, wires, Positive Pay, and related banking solutions.
• Research and resolve client inquiries, owning issues from first contact to resolution.
• Partner with Relationship Managers and internal teams to coordinate client solutions.
• Manage multiple client requests and priorities while maintaining high service levels.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource across Commercial Banking products and processes.
• Help support the broader team with banking knowledge and expertise.
