The role blends client service, problem-solving, and Commercial Banking expertise, with potential senior/informal leadership responsibilities. The position emphasizes serving as a trusted advisor and coordinating solutions across teams.

Formación

• Experience in Commercial Banking and Treasury Management.
• Strong client-service mindset with ability to resolve issues.
• Ability to coordinate across internal teams to serve clients.

Responsabilidades

• Support business and commercial clients with servicing requests.
• Assist Treasury Management products such as ACH, wires, Positive Pay.
• Research and resolve client inquiries from start to finish.
• Partner with Relationship Managers to coordinate client solutions.
• Manage multiple client requests with high service standards.
• Provide knowledge across Commercial Banking products.
