NBH Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Support Specialist in Kansas City to assist clients with Treasury Management services, including Remote Deposit Capture, ACH, Wire transfers, Positive Pay and Business Online Banking. This role focuses on white-glove client service, accurate problem resolution and timely communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of relevant job experience with Treasury Management or financial services
• Excellent business communication skills

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound Treasury Management calls and assist clients with TM services
• Support implementation, daily operations, training and technical assistance for TM products (Remote Deposit Capture, ACH, Wire, Positive Pay, Business Online Banking)
• Troubleshoot and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Provide ongoing white-glove support and educate clients and associates
• Maintain knowledge of banking products/services and comply with policies
