Job summary

NBH Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Support Specialist to assist clients with Treasury Management services, including implementation, training, and ongoing support. The role emphasizes clear communication, problem solving, and high-quality client service in a fast-paced banking environment.

The position is office-based with some work-from-home flexibility and requires adherence to banking policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of relevant job experience with Treasury Management or financial services.
• Excellent business communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate in a complex, multi-functional technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound Treasury Management calls and assist clients with Treasury Management services.
• Provide implementation, daily support, training and technical assistance for Treasury Management products (Remote Deposit Capture, ACH, Wire transfers, Positive Pay, Business Online Banking).
• Troubleshoot inquiries and problems of moderately complex and technical nature via phone and email.
• Deliver white-glove support, educate clients and associates, and maintain compliance with bank policies.
