Sunflower Bank, N.A. seeks an energetic Treasury Management Operations Specialist (Client Support) to join our full-time team in Irvine, CA.

The role handles a range of Treasury Management services and delivers high-quality client support across channels, including calls, emails, and web conferencing. The position expects at least three years in Treasury Management Client Support with supervisory experience preferred and Spanish language ability.

Qualifications

• Three years of Treasury Management Client Support experience required.
• Five years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Coaching, performance management, and employee development experience a plus.
• Experience identifying process improvements or efficiencies.
• Experience supporting change initiatives or system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
• Manage workflow of employees, create team schedules and delegate tasks.
• Assess work performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure KPIs, SLAs, and performance standards are met.
• Train and onboard new hires to ensure understanding of their roles.
• Act as escalation point for Treasury Management Client Support issues.
• Provide client support for Treasury Management products and services by phone, web conference, or in person.
• Assist clients with ACH, Wires, and Positive Pay formats and support.
