Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. in El Paso, TX seeks a full-time Treasury Management Operations Specialist (Client Support).

You will provide exceptional service, manage workflows, train new hires, and serve as escalation point for TM client issues, supporting products like ACH Origination, Remote Deposit Capture, Online Wire Transfers and more. Ideal candidate has at least three years in TM client support, supervisory experience preferred, and bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Three years of Treasury Management Client Support experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
• Manage workflow, create team schedules and delegate tasks.
• Ensure KPIs, SLA’s and performance standards are met.
• Train and onboard new hires for TM Client Support.
• Act as escalation point for TM Client Support issues.
• Provide client support for TM products and services: ACH Origination, Remote Deposit Capture, Online Wire Transfers, Positive Pay, Commercial Online Banking, Bill Pay, Sweep Accounts and Lockbox.
• Support clients over the phone, remotely via web conferencing, and in person.
• Assist with file format setup and support for ACH, Wires and Positive Pay.
