Job summary

UMB Bank is seeking a Treasury Management and Cards Sales Officer in Wisconsin to grow Treasury Management and Card solutions. You will manage existing clients and develop new relationships, focusing on revenue growth while ensuring risk controls and credit policies are followed.

The role requires deep treasury product knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to network locally among industry groups. A bachelor’s degree and relevant banking experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years banking experience with 2+ years in selling or supporting commercial or treasury services.
• Proven ability to prospect, network & influence at various levels within a company and with clients.
• Knowledge of Treasury Management products and corporate cashflow processes.
• Knowledge of market/industry trends and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients with focus on profitable, organic revenue growth.
• Grow new-to-bank client portfolio with focus on revenue growth.
• Understand client organizations and communicate operational credit exposures and risks.
• Design customer-centric treasury management solutions and provide consultative liquidity management expertise.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospects to expand business profitably.
