• Performs complex calculations, researches, analyzes and evaluates information to make decisions and solve problems.
• Strong problem solving and independent judgement to work through issues.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database software.

Responsibilities

• Lake Ridge Bank client portfolio maintenance and support—respond to daily client requests for maintenance and new accounts/services.
• Treasury Management support external—work with top-tier business clients to meet their needs.
• Treasury Management support internal—assist sales with agreements, implementations, and account analyses.
• Account analysis maintenance and support—input, review, and process all statements for products/services.
• Technical support—provide onsite or remote training and implementation for Treasury Management clients.
• Stay current on Treasury Management products and services.
