Job summary

UMB Bank is seeking a Treasury Service Specialist to support and manage daily servicing of treasury products, loans, and deposits for commercial clients. You will act as the primary contact, partnering with implementations, treasury, and banking officers to deliver growth and dependable service.

You will build proactive client relationships, understand needs, coordinate with internal teams, and drive timely delivery of Treasury Management solutions while ensuring high-quality client experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years proven customer service experience or equivalent background in banking or financial services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround requests.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for commercial clients via phone or email to support day-to-day servicing needs.
• Develop relationships with clients to identify solutions and improve the client experience.
• Understand client expectations and serve as the point person for treasury needs.
• Respond promptly to client calls, questions, and concerns.
• Collaborate with Relationship Team on deliverables and due dates.
• Coordinate client needs with other bank functions to ensure service quality.
• Provide day-to-day Treasury Management support and answers.
• Prepare and coordinate customer documentation in UMB Direct.
• Assist clients with product solutions and implement new Treasury Management products.
• Resolve client issues by coordinating bank resources and following up.
