PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. seeks a Treasury Management Advisor in our Business Banking group, based in the Pittsburgh Market. You will manage relationships with clients, originate and analyze credit and non‑credit products, and work to expand revenue while mitigating risk.

The role emphasizes cross‑selling, client engagement, and leveraging internal networks to bring the full bank to the client. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required; 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Certifications are often desired.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Handle relationship management with new and existing clients to grow revenue and market share.
• Originate, analyze, negotiate and document credit and non-credit products and services.
• Manage risk/return and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
• Focus on opportunities by understanding client needs and financial well‑being.
• Present full range of PNC products to clients and deepen wallet share.
