Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in banking or treasury management preferred.
• Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify client treasury needs through consultative reviews and relationship management.
• Consult with clients by phone and in person; know their business and anticipate treasury needs.
• Ensure SLAs are met daily with accurate documentation.
• Resolve client issues and provide technical support as needed.
• Act as liaison across bank lines of business for product/ service changes.
