Job summary

Equity Bank in Wichita, Kansas, is hiring a Treasury Sales Coordinator to provide sales and operational support for the Treasury Management team. The role combines onboarding new commercial deposits with servicing existing treasury clients, preparing client-facing materials, and coordinating with TMOs for effective client interactions.

As the first point of contact for routine requests, you will ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and relationship awareness while helping to grow client

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in banking, treasury management, or related client-service role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial deposit account documentation and opening requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to create polished client materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• High attention to detail with account documentation, pricing, and data.

Responsibilities

• Assist in opening commercial deposit and savings accounts, including documentation collection and onboarding.
• Prepare and track new account paperwork, signatures, resolutions, and treasury service agreements.
• Support implementation of treasury products for newly onboarded clients.
• Serve as a secondary contact for an assigned portfolio of treasury clients; support the TMO.
• Monitor account activity and flag issues, opportunities, or service gaps.
• Maintain accurate client records, service agreements, and pricing schedules.
