Job summary

The Treasury Management ACH Origination Specialist at Banc of California is responsible for onboarding new clients and delivering technical and operational support to ensure ACH origination is configured correctly and compliant with bank standards.

You will be the primary contact for client inquiries, provide daily support for ACH origination activities, assist with file formats and error resolution, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain operational excellence and a strong client

Qualifications

• Three years of ACH origination experience required.
• Experience in Treasury Management is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding of ACH origination services for clients.
• Provide daily phone and email support for ACH origination inquiries, formats, and error resolution.
