Qualifications

• 3 years ACH origination and Treasury Management required.
• 3 years Bank Operations preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding ACH origination services and review/validate client documentation for accuracy and compliance with bank standards.
• Support & Maintenance: Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries related to ACH Origination, provide daily phone support, and process maintenance requests (limits, account updates).
• Troubleshooting: Assist clients with file rejections and platform navigation; ensure timely issue resolution and technical assistance.
• Operational Excellence: Support QA efforts and collaborate with internal teams to deliver reliable client experience.
• Policies: Follow all established policies and procedures.
• Other duties: Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
