• 8+ years of treasury/financial operations experience in FinTech or related industry.
• Proven ability to design and optimize payment infrastructure and fund flows.
• Experience mentoring and coaching direct reports in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize daily treasury operations including wires, ACH, cash reconciliations, and remittance reporting.
• Lead the analyst team and manage workload while maintaining connection to leadership.
• Automate remittance reporting and strengthen treasury controls in a SOX-compliant setting.
• Support capital raises and investor engagement initiatives.
