You will ensure accurate daily cash and digital asset visibility and manage liquidity, funding, and reporting workflows that keep Figure running smoothly. Qualifications

• 3-5 years in the financial services industry with funding, treasury, or financial operations.
• Willing to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
• Experience maintaining treasury management software (TMS) or ERP systems, especially Kyriba.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong Excel, Tableau, and SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cash and liquidity reporting across entities to ensure total liquidity visibility.
• Monitor daily bank balances and transaction activity across all operating accounts.
• Perform daily cash positioning to ensure liquidity requirements for funding, vendor payments, and operational processes.
• Execute cash movements (wires, ACH) with approval protocols and SOX controls.
• Manage funding operations for loan sales and ensure compliance with legal agreements.
• Support vendor payment processing and oversight of wire templates.
• Collaborate with Accounting on month-end close for funding and sale activities.
• Own and communicate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required by legal agreements.
• Partner with Product, Data, Engineering and Legal to streamline data collection and resolve financial queries.
• Reconcile loan and collateral data across internal systems and blockchain records.
• Continuously improve workflows to increase scalability and efficiency of financial operations.
• Contribute to capital raising initiatives, including debt financings.
