Figure Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst to support Treasury and Financial Operations across multiple entities.

You will help ensure accurate daily cash and digital asset visibility while managing liquidity, loan sales funding, and reporting processes. Collaborate with Finance, Capital Markets, Product, and Legal to maintain strong treasury controls and scale our financial infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry with funding, treasury, or financial operations.
• EST business hours
• Experience with Kyriba
• Cash forecasting experience
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong Excel; exposure to Tableau and SQL
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Startup environment experience
• Interest in blockchain and capital markets

Responsabilités

• Prepare cash and liquidity reporting across entities to ensure total visibility.
• Monitor and reconcile daily bank balances and transaction activity across operating accounts.
• Perform daily cash positioning to ensure liquidity requirements for funding and operations.
• Execute cash movements (wires, ACH) with proper approvals and SOX controls.
• Manage funding operations for loan sales and related agreements.
• Support vendor payment processing and wire template oversight.
• Collaborate with Accounting on month-end close for funding and sale activity.
• Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required by legal agreements.
• Partner with Product, Data, Engineering, and Legal to collect data and resolve financial queries.
• Reconcile loan and collateral data across systems and blockchain records.
• Improve workflows for scalability and efficiency of financial operations.
• Contribute to capital-raising initiatives, including debt financings
