Addison Group is partnering with a scaling fintech client to hire a hands-on Director of Treasury & Financial Operations. You will lead daily treasury activities, design scalable funds flows, and drive process improvements across Capital Markets, Loan Servicing, and data teams.

You will manage a small team of Treasury Analysts, ensure SOX compliance, and translate strategic initiatives into reliable operational processes to support growth.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of treasury/financial operations experience in a high-growth fintech.
• Fintech experience required, ideally 2–3 years in fintech.
• Public-company experience with SOX controls, audit readiness.
• Loan servicing experience in mortgage/auto/CRE or consumer lending.
• Experience improving treasury operations, payment workflows, and related financial processes.
• Ability to lead through influence with cross-functional partners.
• Hands-on leader who remains involved in daily execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily treasury activities: wires, ACH, cash reconciliations, and remittance reporting.
• Design scalable funds flows with Capital Markets and other leaders.
• Improve treasury and payment workflows to reduce bottlenecks and manual work.
• Drive automation and reporting improvements with Servicing, Data, and technology teams.
• Maintain treasury controls within a SOX-compliant organization.
• Lead and develop the Treasury Analyst team, coordinating priorities and accountability.
• Partner with Treasury, Capital Markets, Loan Servicing, Data, and leadership to translate initiatives into operations.
• Support strategic financial initiatives including capital-raising and investor-related projects.
• Establish processes, documentation, and reporting structures to support scalable growth.
