Figure Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Director of Treasury & Financial Operations to drive collaboration and efficiency for a growing FinTech team.

You will manage and improve core financial workflows while coordinating daily labor across the division to ensure seamless execution. This role is ideal for an ambitious operator who thrives in a fast-paced FinTech environment and seeks direct impact, with broad leadership potential and a strong focus on risk management and process

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in treasury/financial operations within a FinTech, with loan product/servicing exposure.
• Proven ability to design payment infrastructure and new cash flow processes, via Wires/ACH, etc.
• Demonstrated team leadership with mentoring and coaching of direct reports.
• Hands-on with daily execution and strong risk judgment under tight deadlines.
• Flexible and effective communicator in fast-changing environments.
• Project and change management experience in regulated settings.
• Experience in SOX-compliant environments and controls.
• Ambition to scale into broader leadership with operational impact.
• Adherence to security policies and data handling procedures.
• Completion of mandatory security awareness training and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable funds flows and operational workflows for new FinTech products.
• Lead the analyst team's daily rhythm and division of labor without losing leadership connection.
• Own daily treasury operations: high-volume wires, ACH, reconciliations, and remittance reporting.
• Drive remittance reporting automation with Servicing & Data teams.
• Strengthen treasury controls in a SOX-compliant public company environment.
• Identify bottlenecks in wire processes and build efficiency gains.
• Serve as a communication bridge between day-to-day challenges and leadership goals.
• Support top-level capital raising and investor engagement initiatives.
