Figure Technology Solutions, Inc. seeks a self-motivated Senior Analyst to support Treasury and Financial Operations across a multi-entity environment.

You will ensure accurate daily cash and digital asset visibility while managing liquidity, loan sale funding, and reporting processes. Collaborate with Finance, Capital Markets, Product, and Legal to maintain treasury controls and scale our proprietary financial infrastructure.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of experience in financial services with funding, treasury or financial operations.
• Ability to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
• Experience maintaining treasury management software (TMS) or ERP systems, especially Kyriba.
• Experience with cash forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Advanced Excel with ability to learn Tableau and SQL.

Aufgaben

• Prepare cash and inventory reporting across entities to ensure liquidity visibility.
• Monitor and reconcile daily bank balances and transaction activity.
• Perform daily cash positioning to ensure liquidity compliance.
• Execute cash movements (wires, ACH) with SOX controls.
• Manage funding operations for loan sales and ensure compliance with agreements.
• Support vendor payment processing and wire templates oversight.
• Collaborate with Accounting on month-end close for funding and sale activities.
• Own and communicate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for legal agreements.
• Partner with Product, Data, Engineering and Legal to streamline data collection and resolve financial queries.
• Reconcile loan and collateral data across systems and blockchain records.
• Continuously improve workflows to scale financial operations.
• Contribute to capital raising initiatives, including debt financings.
