Ideal candidates have 2+ years of Treasury or digital banking support experience, strong customer service skills, and technical aptitude to resolve online banking challenges.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting Treasury Management or digital banking products.
• Experience with ACH, wires, remote deposit capture.
• Experience with business clients on treasury services.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Technical aptitude to troubleshoot online banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for Treasury Management support (ACH, wires, RDC, cash mgmt).
• Assist with online/mobile banking platforms (Bill Pay, Zelle, debit card, mobile deposits).
• Manage business and consumer digital banking enrollments.
• Oversee online account opening for a seamless customer experience.
• Troubleshoot login issues and access problems professionally.
• Coordinate onboarding for business clients adopting digital banking solutions.
• Customize digital banking configurations to align with client workflows.
• Investigate and resolve client issues and document outcomes.
• Assist with internal audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory exams.
• Contribute to process improvements and special projects as needed.
