Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Treasury Technical Consultant to support onboarding and implementation for large corporate and commercial clients across US and Canada. You will work with Treasury products, payments, receptions and reporting services, gathering client requirements and ensuring accurate, customer-focused solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in client-facing Treasury roles, strong data‑transmission knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with product teams and internal partners to

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge Treasury Payments, Receipts and Information Reporting products.
• Knowledge of data transmissions and connectivity such as HTTPS, FTP/SSL, SFTP, AS2, SWIFT.
• Knowledge of industry standard file formats such as NACHA, EDI, XML.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing demands.
• Strong communication skills to work with clients and internal partners to deliver clear requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.

Responsibilities

• Support Treasury Sales Officers and Specialists with onboarding new clients.
• Consult with clients and gather requirements for implementing Treasury services.
• Serve as client advocate to product teams to ensure a great client experience.
• Maintain knowledge of payments, receipts and reporting services.
