Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or communications.
• 4–6 years related experience and/or training.
• Exceptional customer service in a professional environment.
• Deep knowledge of sales process and procedures, including goal achievement.
• Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support Treasury Solutions Officers in onboarding, expanding, and retaining Treasury customer relationships.
• Assess customer needs and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Onboard and maintain Treasury products including Business Online Banking, ACH, Online Wires, Positive Pay, and other services.
• Resolve operational issues related to Treasury products and services; elevate issues.
• Complete service agreements, client correspondence, and other documentation accurately and consistently.
• Develop proactive service and sales communication plans using bank reports and other resources.
• Join existing and prospective clients to identify Treasury product and service opportunities.
• Strengthen existing customer relationships through proactive contact and exemplary customer service.
• Generate non‑interest income through sales of fee‑based and interchange‑based products and assist Treasury Solutions Officers with sales.
• Identify ways to optimize customer profitability.
• Assist with professional proposals and responses to formal requests for proposals.
• Ensure accurate implementation, servicing, and billing of deposits and Treasury Management products.
• Lead relationship review preparation to identify opportunities to expand services and revenue.
• Provide technical and operational support for Treasury Solutions products and services in person, by phone, and email.
• Assist or lead special projects and audit preparation, including work with examiners.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
