Job summary

The State of Michigan's Revenue Integrity & Intelligence Bureau seeks a Data & Reporting Section manager responsible for daily operations, long-range planning, and supervision of analysts. You will ensure stable operation of SAP S4, MiMITS, and NICE CXone systems supporting revenue collection and payroll offsets.

This role also oversees CSB systems, coordinates data across multiple platforms, implements changes, maintains internal controls, and mentors staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; professional experience counted after completion of degree.
• Public sector experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• First-line management of analysts and supervision duties.
• Ensure timely daily reports, queries, and data flows across systems.
• Coordinate data between multiple systems and drive implemented changes.
