Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business or related field.
• Five years of professional accounting/financial experience; two years in supervision.
• Public agency experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Trains and supervises support staff responsible for incoming revenue receipting.
• Leads evaluation and testing of quarterly service packs for the financial system and Cash Receipting software.
• Provides IT-level application support for Cash Receipting software (Tyler Cashiering).
• Prepares reports and recommendations to the County Treasurer.
• Oversees and provides problem-solving support to financial and accounting staff across the County.
• Participates in countywide projects related to new technologies.
