Job summary

State of Michigan's Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) Agency Services invites applications for a Senior IT Business Analyst. You will perform full IT analysis tasks including designing, developing, testing, and implementing computer systems for the Eligibility/MiConnect system, and provide technical support.

You will evaluate tools, inform management of risks, assist in disaster recovery planning, and contribute to IT strategic direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 21 semester credits in CS/IT-related fields or equivalent.
• Two years of professional IT experience at the Programmer/Analyst P11 level or equivalent.
• Alternate education paths available as described in the posting.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement computer systems and applications (Eligibility/MiConnect).
• Provide technical support to DTMB staff and evaluate new development tools and agency systems.
• Inform management of impacts and risks, including disaster recovery planning, related to legislative or procedural changes.
