Job summary

IntelliBee seeks a Senior IT Business/Compliance Analyst to guide SSP/DRP maintenance and ATO processes across multiple Michigan agencies. You will align requirements with NIST standards and enterprise security governance, acting as a liaison among business, security, and project teams.

You will lead incident response activities, analyze risks, and mentor team members to ensure timely compliance actions across MDCR, MCSC, and MiLEAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cyber security, Information Assurance, Business Analytics, or IT field.
• OR: 5 years of relevant experience.
• Educational knowledge of the NIST framework and controls.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.
• Experience providing audit evidence to comply with security standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for maintaining SSPs and DRPs in alignment with NIST and SOM.
• Lead the ATO renewal process with planning, materials, timelines, and approvals.
• Ensure ATO validity on a 3‑year cycle and manage security controls.
• Review risk assessments and recommend corrective actions as needed.
• Develop reports and perform trend analysis across agencies.
• Coordinate POA&Ms and other compliance requirements with stakeholders.
• Offer senior support across MDCR, MCSC & MiLEAP for process consistency.
• Identify gaps in compliance docs and guide corrective actions.
• Oversee evidence for SSP and ATO processes; maintain artifacts.
