Responsibilities

Provide information and support in response to client inquiries to aid in treasury products and services.
Build and maintain relationships with Stifel clients and serve as first point of contact.
Assist, train, and troubleshoot system-related issues; escalate to drive client loyalty.
Attend client appointments and support the Relationship Banker team.
Review new account setup for accuracy and compliance with policy.
Liaise between clients and Bank Operations; monitor accounts and vendor performance.
