Job summary

Stifel is seeking a Treasury Client Service Support Specialist to assist clients and internal business units with treasury products and services. You will support daily operations, build client relationships, and serve as the first point of contact for system-related inquiries.

The role emphasizes compliance, accurate account setup, and escalation management while partnering with the Relationship Banker team to deliver high-level service and client loyalty.

Qualifications

• Understand and comply with all regulations, including CRA, BSA, FCRA, etc.
• Understand and comply with Anti-Money Laundering and the Customer Identification Program.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operational duties and functions of the Treasury Deposit Team.
• Build and maintain relationships with Stifel clients.
• Serve as a first point of contact for clients by providing assistance, training, and troubleshooting of system related issues.
• Support the Relationship Banker team by providing high level service to clients.
• Attend client appointments and sales calls.
• Serve as an escalation point for client problems and effectively mitigate and solve to drive client loyalty.
• Review all new account set up and documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to compliance and Bank policy.
• Serve as liaison between Stifel Bank clients and Bank Operations.
• Main point of contact for bank account management, bank fee analysis, and vendor performance monitoring.
• Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
• Select and use training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new things.
• Research and resolve issues that impact client treasury services.

Education & Experience

• Minimum Required: High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Minimum Required: No experience required. 1+ years' of experience in banking or treasury management preferred.

Systems & Technology

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
