U.S. Bank is seeking a candidate to perform bond processing for treasury bond customers from a U.S. Bank location in the United States.

The role requires using established procedures to ensure accurate processing, providing internal and external customer service, and reviewing transactions for appropriateness. A baseline security clearance is required for this position. The ideal candidate will have several years of operations services experience and strong data interpretation and communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Four to five years or more of operations services related work experience.
• Baseline security clearance is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform bond processing activities for treasury bond customers using established procedures.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of treasury bonds and provide customer service.
• Review account transactions to assess appropriateness and resolve issues through corrective processing.
• Track and gather information for statistical reporting and suggest processing improvements.
• Ensure legal requirements for special transactions are satisfied.
