Responsibilities

• Process Treasury bond redemption transactions accurately.
• Review and enter critical financial information into internal systems.
• Prioritize tasks from a shared production queue to meet SLAs.
• Operate imaging and document-capture tech (Falcon) for digital records.
• Sort and prepare bond documents for processing and archiving.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain compliance with government regulations and procedures.
• Collaborate with team to improve workflow and efficiency.
