Job summary

U.S. Bank is hiring for multiple teams within Paying & Transfer Agent Operations, including Transfers, Bondholder Services, and Settlements / DTC / Closings. The Specialist supports Corporate Trust operations by processing bond, securities, transfer, and account-related transactions with accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.

The role collaborates with internal partners and customers to resolve issues, support client requests, and identify process improvements. Location is a U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in transaction processing is preferred.
• Experience in financial services, banking, operations, or transaction processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete day-to-day transaction processing and operational support activities.
• Review and process transactions for accuracy, compliance, and quality.
• Research and resolve transaction, account, customer, and system-related issues.
• Provide service and support to internal and external customers.
• Monitor workloads and meet established deadlines and service levels.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation.
• Partner with internal teams to support transaction processing and issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and efficiency.
• Support audit, regulatory, risk management, and business continuity activities.
• Participate in special projects, testing, and departmental initiatives.
