Job summary

BankUnited is seeking a Treasury Solutions Operations Associate to onboard new Treasury Solutions clients and support existing clients with the full range of services. The role works with management to ensure daily/weekly service levels and reviews reports, communicating errors to the Branch Network and clients as needed.

The position requires a HS Diploma; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred, with experience in Treasury Management/Solutions operations and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in Treasury Management/Solutions operations and online banking support.
• Advanced computer skills and a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
• HS Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains department workflow and communicates deviations from SOPs.
• Reviews daily reports and communicates errors to management and clients as needed.
• Performs quality or risk assessments and supports staff and internal customers.
