Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to support daily treasury operations for venture capital and private equity clients. The role reports to the Treasury Manager and offers hands-on experience in a growing team with a strong service focus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of treasury operations or related finance experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with Treasury Management systems, banking portals, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily treasury operations including wires, ACH payments, and other payments.
• Execute payment instructions and ensure proper documentation.
• Identify and escalate client service or operational issues to the Treasury Manager.
• Support adherence to treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and prepare basic treasury reports as needed.
• Collaborate with fund accounting teams on cash transactions and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities for minor process improvements and assist ad hoc projects.
