Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to support day-to-day treasury operations for venture capital and private equity clients. You will process wires and payments, maintain documentation, and escalate issues to the Treasury Manager or Head of Treasury while ensuring compliance with internal controls.

The role offers remote work across the US with eligibility in selected states and a salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000, depending on market data and experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a client-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily treasury operations including processing wires, ACH payments, and other payments.
• Execute payment instructions with proper documentation and records.
• Identify and escalate client service issues or operational discrepancies.
• Adhere to treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and basic treasury reporting.
• Collaborate with fund accounting, People Ops, and other teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Suggest minor process improvements to improve efficiency.
• Support ad hoc treasury projects as needed.
