Job summary

Confident Search Consultants is seeking a Treasury Analyst in Fort Wayne, IN. The role reports to the Treasury Director and focuses on daily cash management, hedging reconciliation, and executive-level reporting.

An entry-level to 3 years background in finance, accounting, or treasury operations is valued. You will collaborate with accounting, operations, trading, and risk teams to ensure accurate reporting and drive efficiency across treasury workflows.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with strong quantitative skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication across departments.
• Experience or exposure to treasury or accounting workflows is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and reconcile derivatives and hedging positions with cross-functional teams.
• Run month-end closings and prepare reporting for exchange-traded derivatives.
• Support daily cash management, payments, and intercompany activity.
• Identify process improvements to strengthen internal controls and treasury efficiency.
• Assist Treasury Director with financial analysis and executive-level materials for leadership and board.
• Perform ad-hoc treasury projects and analysis as needed.
