Connectly Recruiting is seeking a Treasury Analyst in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Reporting to the Treasury Director, you will help manage daily cash operations, reconcile derivative positions, and support executive-level reporting.

This is an early-career opportunity to gain broad exposure to corporate treasury, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration. Key responsibilities include coordinating hedge analysis, month-end close, cash management, process improvements, and preparing materials

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Entry-level to 3 years of financial analysis, accounting, or treasury operations.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with high quantitative detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication for cross-department collaboration and executive presentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate derivative hedging analysis across accounting, operations, trading, and risk management.
• Execute monthly close and prepare reporting for derivative positions.
• Support daily cash monitoring, payments, and intercompany activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal controls and treasury banking efficiencies.
• Assist Treasury Director in financial analysis and executive-board materials.
• Perform ad-hoc treasury projects and analysis as needed.
