ExcelliSearch, Inc. in Fort Wayne, Indiana, is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support daily cash operations, hedge and derivative analysis, and executive-level reporting.

This role provides broad exposure to corporate treasury, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration. Reporting directly to the Treasury Director, you will assist with month-end close, intercompany activities, and process improvements while interfacing with accounting, operations, and risk teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Entry-level to 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, corporate accounting, or treasury operations.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with high attention to quantitative detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface across departments and synthesize data for executive presentation.

Mansioni

• Coordinate derivative & hedging analysis across accounting, operations, trading, and risk management teams to reconcile positions.
• Execute monthly closing processes and prepare reporting for realized and unrealized derivative positions.
• Support daily cash monitoring, payment processing, and intercompany activities.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve internal controls, eliminate redundancies, and enhance treasury workflows.
• Assist the Treasury Director in preparing executive summaries for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
• Perform ad-hoc treasury projects and financial analyses as assigned.
