Job summary

Your Talent Team seeks a Treasury Analyst in Fort Wayne, Indiana, to support daily cash operations, hedge and derivative reconciliation, and executive-level reporting. You will interact with accounting, operations, trading, and risk teams to ensure accurate financial data and timely insights.

The role offers exposure to corporate treasury, risk management, and executive communication. Entry-level to 3 years of experience is welcome; Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Entry-level to 3 years in financial analysis, corporate accounting, or treasury operations.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with high attention to quantitative detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface across departments and synthesize data for executive presentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate derivative & hedging analysis with accounting, operations, trading, and risk teams to reconcile derivative positions.
• Execute monthly closing processes and prepare reporting for realized and unrealized derivative positions.
• Support daily cash monitoring, payment processing, and intercompany activities.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve internal controls and treasury banking workflows.
• Assist the Treasury Director in preparing executive materials for leadership and the Board.
• Perform ad-hoc treasury projects and financial analysis as assigned.
