Hire Consulting Services in Fort Wayne invites a detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to join our finance team. Reporting to the Treasury Director, you will manage daily cash operations, reconcile derivative positions, and support executive reporting while gaining exposure to risk management and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, with up to 3 years’ experience in treasury or corporate accounting, strong analytics, and clear communication.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Entry-level to 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, corporate accounting, or treasury operations.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with high attention to quantitative detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication across departments.

Mansioni

• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to reconcile derivative positions between broker statements and internal systems.
• Execute monthly closing processes and prepare reporting for realized and unrealized derivatives positions.
• Support daily cash monitoring, payment processing, and intercompany activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal controls and treasury workflows.
• Assist the Treasury Director in accumulating financial analysis and preparing executive materials for leadership and the Board.
• Perform ad-hoc treasury projects and financial analysis as assigned.
